for. One among them is fruits. Fruits come in different colors and flavors.
Each fruit has unique nutrient value with it which helps human body to be fit and
free of diseases.

source of vitamins and minerals, which help in proper functioning of body.
Fruits are rich in fiber, which helps in functioning of digestive system. We
should eat fruits when they are raw, fresh and ripe that is when they give us
maximum health benefits. Eating processed fruits has no benefits as processing
leads to decrease in nutrient value of fruits.
