Summer
season has started. When we go out in sun, our energy level slowly starts
decreasing. As the temperature rises during the day, we need to have more
liquids to cool the body.
To
counteract the intense heat and make body cool there is water loss from body in
form of sweating and evaporation.

becomes very important to keep ourselves well hydrated during this season.
Our
body is 60% water by weight and it is this water that helps to maintain blood
pressure, body temperature, moves waste out of body and helps in digestion. Dehydration
(i.e. when amount of water that moves out of body is more than we take in) can
lead to fatigue, thirst, constipation, loss of appetite.
People
mostly rely on soft drinks to quench their thirst. These soft drinks contain too much of sugar, artificial
sweeteners, artificial food colors and chemicals which are not good for health.
So the questions is do we have any other options ? Yes we do. How about
