With the beginning of holidays in schools, starts the summer season. In this season to go out for work or any other purpose in hot sun seems like a tedious task.
Scorching sun takes away all the
body energy. We feel dehydrated and tired very easily.
Though we enjoy all seasons, summer is the one we want to go away early. We feel thirstier and need to continuously keep our body well hydrated.

I am listing some foods which we must include in in our diet to prevent the
effects of hot climate and keep ourselves cool.
